The weaving of the World Wide Web has spawned a renewed interest in information dissemination.  It seems that everyone is into web authoring, whether contributing to the wealth of information on the Internet or simply providing more eye candy.  As a result of this overwhelming participation, access provision has grown to be a lucrative business.  And as demand grew the Internet evolved into a necessity, slowly integrating into our lifestyles.   Internet cafes and various other establishments that offer Internet access to pedestrians are fast becoming an institution.

A cybercafe is a collaboration of strategic marketing ideas--great coffee, info on demand.  It provides a convenient office extension for travelers and seasoned users.  Cybercafes have also taken the gargantuan task of bringing the Internet to the masses and thus earning an almost sanctuary-like stature.  Kind of like the convenience store.  So it's no wonder they're mushrooming everywhere and the Philippines is no exception.
